Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or equivalent.
At least 3 years of related working experience in Property Development Industry.
Good in MS Office.
Highly proactive with the ability to multi-task.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities for the on-going projects and upcoming launches.
Conduct and compile market research exercise.
To coordinate and manage marketing activities and administration works.
To coordinate with suppliers and vendors for delivery of works.
Submission of marketing updates and authorities reports.

Monday - Thursday : 9 am - 6 pm

Friday : 9 am - 5.30 pm

Alternate Saturday : 9 am - 12.30 pm
