is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to promote OXYZ Health and Wellness Sdn. Bhd.'s services, wellness programs, and products. This role involves driving brand awareness, engaging clients, and supporting sales growth through strategic campaigns and creative content.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for wellness services, events, promotions, and new product launches.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, including digital, social media, and offline channels.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with engaging content.
Work with multimedia, graphic design, and video teams to create promotional materials, advertisements, and content for social media and other channels.
Optimize website and online platforms for SEO, user engagement, and conversion.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions.
Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
Managing production and performance of multimedia content
Event & Community Engagement
Coordinate wellness events, workshops, health talks, and community outreach programs.
Support PR activities and collaborate with partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve marketing strategies.
Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews
Writing and proofreading creative copy
Managing social media campaigns
Administration & Reporting
Prepare marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Maintain a database of clients, leads, and marketing analytics.
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and insights for management review.
Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
*Able to travelling is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
