ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination

• Work with the marketing and design team to finalize promotional schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Assist in drafting compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, event posters, and other promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
• Assign poster creation tasks, review completed designs, and ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Manage the scheduling and publication of promotional materials across various platforms.

Media Management Support

• Assist with uploading media articles and other relevant content to our media platform.
• Monitor and track media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate the performance of uploaded content.

Influencer Research & Outreach

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers that align with brand campaigns.
• Maintain and organize an up-to-date influencer database, including metrics, contact details, and collaboration history.

Administrative Support

• Manage and update tracking sheets for contracts, campaign progress, and deadlines.
• Oversee and maintain an inventory of warehouse items, ensuring accurate records of stored materials and promotional assets.
• Handle additional tasks to support the marketing team as needed.
