Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the F&B/QSR sector.
• Strong execution and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Creative mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and campaign execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Ambitious, with a clear interest in progressing into a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing 360 marketing campaigns across digital and offline.
• Support Assistant Marketing Manager in digital marketing initiatives while focusing on excellence in execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, L&D) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Work on brand promotions, partnerships, and tactical campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and highlight insights for management review.
• Support market research and competitor benchmarking within the QSR and F&B industry.
• Assist in developing content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign toolkits for store-level execution.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations while learning strategic planning under the Senior Marketing Manager's guidance.
