About the hiring company:
An exciting multi-function marketing role in fast growing global digital platform services company; looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and confident degree level professional with experience or proven interest in bringing value to the Marketing department. As a versatile marketer, you will handle digital marketing materials, content for social media channels, translation and localization of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products, website, online advertising marketing activities, enquiries, channels content and support to boost brand awareness and managing projects that will drive revenue growth for our business. This role will work across functions and interact with interdepartmental colleagues, as well senior leaders. :

• Research and regularly reporting to the Malaysian Marketing Manager for social media content that builds audience engagement.
• Manage and grow a variety of social media channels with regular and engaging content, events, incentive programs to drive traffic
• Execute digital advertising and campaigns on various channels, sites and portals relevant to the industry for Malay
• Liaise with various team members globally including writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc. to create engaging content, including written and design creations.
• Coordinate with Streamer team to collaborate with and support KOL, influencers and streamers on multiple content channels and accounts.
• Coordinate the design and creation of visuals, edit, publish, and share contents to promote products and services.
• Reply social media inquiries, DMs, and comments to maintain engagement rate.
• Monitor social media insight/analytics to regularly evaluate and modify the content strategy.
• Collaborate in content calendar planning, ensure alignment with approved campaigns and management requests.
• Stay up to date with developments, competitor activities to generate new ideas to draw audience\xe2\x80\x99s attention
• Respond to client requirements and account manager enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.

The Successful Candidate:

• Native fluency in Malay and strong proficiency in English.
• Experience in online gaming industry is an advantage.
• Excellent writing skills, particularly related to marketing taglines/captions
• Good communication skills, creative, and result oriented.
• Has working experience in the related field (Digital Marketing).
• Skills in graphic designing (Canva, Photoshop, or video making) is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented
