-To create content and use efficient methods to increase internet traffic and engagement.

-To manage mailing lists, sales kits, and other marketing materials for product awareness.

-To plan and carry out efficient marketing and promotional strategies.

-To do in-depth market research on competitors.

-To communicate with solicitors regarding legal paperwork, financial institutions regarding end-financing, and governmental organizations with statutory requirements, regulations, recommendations, etc.

-To complete the Developers License (DL) application, extension, and renewal process, as well as the Sales and Advertising Permit (AP).

-Every quarter, update Form 7(e) and 7(f) submission.

-Manage all social media channels and the upkeep of business websites with regular observation, timely information updates, and daily attention to website queries.

-To do any ad hoc graphic designs when needed.

-Allocating budgets for campaigns and to plan and track their spending.

-Assist with all issues relating to marketing and sales operations and ISO standard observance.

-To carry out any additional tasks that the Superior may occasionally assign.
Requirements

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Property Development industry or related

-Minimum diploma in marketing or related fields of study

-Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu

-Possess strong communication skills, be self-reliant, proactive, and goal-oriented

-Strong organizational abilities, possesses the ability to collaborate successfully and creatively with a variety of interest groups
