Build and maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction; update CRM with client data and communication history
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, contracts, and sales collateral; coordinate with internal teams (product, customer service, technical) to meet customer needs.
Report weekly/monthly on client follow-ups and sales progress; compile customer feedback and give recommendations for improvement.
