Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing 360 marketing campaigns across digital and offline. Support Assistant Marketing Manager in digital marketing initiatives while focusing on excellence in execution. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, L&D) to ensure smooth campaign execution. Work on brand promotions, partnerships, and tactical campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and highlight insights for management review. Support market research and competitor benchmarking within the QSR and F&B industry. Assist in developing content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign toolkits for store-level execution. Manage day-to-day campaign operations while learning strategic planning under the Senior Marketing Manager's guidance. Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness to step into an Assistant Marketing Manager role within 12-18 months.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the F&B/QSR sector. Strong execution and project management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and recommend improvements. Creative mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and campaign execution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team. Ambitious, with a clear interest in progressing into a managerial role.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
