Your Responsibilities Marketing Operations Assist and support the marketingmanager and brand manager to plan all brand activities such as: In-storepromotions, launches, animations and consumer events to drive brandawareness and retail sales Support on eventlogistics including: sourcing for venue, food & beverage, materialsevent items, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved todrive event to succession Support oncontractor and agency management including: getting quotations, briefingof agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs follow up on theexecution of the project Communication, PR & Customer Engagement Propose and lead the planning andexecution of all communications for marketing and trade activities.(Digital and print) Planning of PRevents and activities for your brand portfolio with activities such as:press invitation and liaison, RSVP, and event management Research andcollation of market, competitive and business information and any ad-hocmarketing needs of the team Administrative and reporting duties Support the brand team in animationand monthly reporting duties when needed Assist inadministrative responsibilities such as invoice processing andsampling/tester management Assist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of counters What are we looking for: Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business At least 1 years of relevant working experiences in Beauty/FMCG Industry Experience in marketing or PR is a plus A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Benefits of working in LUXASIA Hybrid working environment Complimentary goods Monthly employee engagement activities Fun yet challenging working environment
