The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, as well as managing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. The Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and contribute to the growth and success of the company.Key Responsibilities:

• \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• \xc2\xb7 Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• \xc2\xb7 Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
• \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and copy, for social media content.
• \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and performance advertising.
• \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to drive lead generation and conversion.
• \xc2\xb7 Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• \xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media and performance marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.

• \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
• \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• \xc2\xb7 Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• \xc2\xb7 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• \xc2\xb7 Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing trends.
