Hiring: Social Content Creator who can make 20 seconds feel like a day at the Park. Be our on-ride filmmaker: turn squeals, parades & pool splashes into scroll-stoppers. We need a creator who makes families say "Let's go this weekend." Seeking a mini-influencer with big ideas--film, edit, ship, repeat. Come capture the LEGOLAND day-out feeling--and grow our fans while you're at it.

Job: Social Content Creator & Storyteller (On-site, Johor)

Mission:

Own the concept?shoot?edit?publish loop for short-form content that grows reach, engagement, and park visitation across IG/TikTok/FB/YouTube Shorts.

What you'll do

Lead a rolling 6-8 week content slate; write hooks, shot lists, and publish natively, fast. Film across Theme Park, Water Park & Hotel (POVs, reactions, parades, behind-the-scenes). Edit for watch time (captions, sound, pacing, covers); ship same-day when needed. Host or direct on-camera talent; launch UGC prompts and micro-creator collabs. Track performance weekly (watch time, saves, shares, CTR) and iterate. Cover key moments: school holidays, events, park activations. Partner with Marketing/PR/Guest Services to keep stories guest-first and brand-safe.

What you've done

2-5 years creating short-form video for a brand/media/agency--or as a serious creator. Portfolio that proves you can concept, shoot, edit, and grow channels. Comfortable on camera

or

directing talent; strong field production chops. Hands-on with mobile rigs (gimbal/mic) and CapCut/Premiere; basic motion/graphics. Data-curious: you've A/B tested hooks/lengths and changed course based on results.
