ServAuto is a fast-growing automotive aftersales platform based in Malaysia. The company standardizes car care services and ancillaries experience from online to offline, offering transparent pricing and quality assurance through a trusted workshop network. ServAuto combines e-commerce scale with physical network reliability-connecting car owners to quality workshops for oil changes, window tinting, and automotive accessories with one transparent, consistent brand experience.
Role Overview
This role focuses on improving ServAuto's customer trust, market understanding, and internal organisation. Key areas include Google Review support, customer & market research, presentation decks, reporting material compilation, customer review materials, and maintaining the ServAuto brand library, as well as monitoring visibility across all platforms.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Comfortable with research, data compilation, and structured reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint/Canva skills.
- Good communication in English & BM (Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage but not compulsory).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Priority Areas)
1. Google My Business (GMB) - Location Building & Management
  • Support the setup and building of ServAuto Google My Business listings/locations.
  • Ensure accurate workshop information: name, address, services, hours, contact, photos.
  • Upload updated workshop images and branding assets.
  • Monitor visibility, search presence, and engagement on GMB (views, searches, map activity).
  • Identify gaps or missing listings and coordinate to build new GMB Places for partner workshops.
  • Maintain a simple tracker of all ServAuto GMB locations and their status.
2. Google Review Management
  • Assist partner workshops in driving authentic, high-quality customer reviews.
  • Maintain review templates, QR cards, tent cards, etc.
  • Monitor daily Google Reviews across all locations.
  • Flag issues to internal teams for resolution.
  • Track overall rating, review growth, and customer sentiment trends.
3. Customer Review Materials Development
  • Build and update customer review-related materials:
- Physical cards
- QR code posters
- Digital templates
  • Guides for workshops on review collection
  • Ensure all assets follow ServAuto branding.
4. Customer & Market Research
  • Conduct light competitor research (pricing, promotions, service offerings).
  • Analyse customer sentiment from reviews, comments, and feedback sources.
  • Study market trends and identify customer needs & pain points.
  • Present findings in structured summaries for internal decision-making.
5. Reporting Support & Material Compilation
  • Assist in compiling data and materials for weekly and monthly reports:
- Google Review analytics
- Customer sentiment insights
- Competitor updates
- Market research highlights
  • Basic marketing metrics provided by the team
  • Prepare clean, organised summaries for management use.
6. ServAuto Brand Library Management
  • Maintain an updated, organised brand asset library (logos, photos, videos, catalogues, POSM).
  • Manage naming, sorting, and version control of materials.
  • Ensure internal teams easily access the latest brand assets.
7. Platform Visibility & Engagement Monitoring
  • Check ServAuto's visibility across digital platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google and even those ServAuto are not on yet).
  • Track competitor presence and content directions.
  • Monitor engagement trends (views, comments, search visibility etc.)
  • Highlight gaps or opportunities to improve brand presence.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Occasional assistance with social uploads or admin tasks.
  • Support during festive campaigns, Mega Sale periods, or workshop events.
