Job Responsibility Increase monthly revenue from existing clients with existing as well as new products. Achieve minimum expected company margin on all revenue with minimum required effective call / day with high sales conversion ratio. Manage own territory/region with assigned marketing budget complimented with company marketing tools. Develop product SOV/SOM with competitive strategies based on market intelligence and meeting customer needs. Job Requirements Effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales objectives, ensuring profitability and growth. Possess soft skills with core competencies in achieving a quick B2B & B2C adoption to company product and services. High call rate conversion to results in a short learning curve. Self starter, critical thinking, problem solving ability and has business acumen. Preferably and added advantage with medical device/pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience Job Benifits High median salary for starters and early job confirmation for achievers sooner than 6 months High incentive for achievers, can earn up to RM6000.00 and above / month. Provide monthly allowances to cover work related expenses. EPF & SOCSO deductions. Hybrid candidate effectively operate remotely when necessary
