MARKETING EXECUTIVE / NUTRITIONIST Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist in planning, coordinating and conduct of company\'s online or offline events in the National, Regional or State:- i. Product introductory event ii. Health and Beauty Awareness event iii. Company Training event \xc2\xb7 Communicate, coordinate and follow-up with the members of the sales agents to achieve monthly product sales target. \xc2\xb7 Handle inquiries from sales agents and provides relevant details about the products knowledge \xc2\xb7 Provide nutritional training & briefing to the agents \xc2\xb7 Provide nutritional consultation (public health) and support customer service on product inquiry. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the development of nutrition and wellness programs, awareness raising advertisements, product formulation, product launch, product packaging, product articles, brochures as well as other relevant product information. \xc2\xb7 Provide nationwide support in company functions and marketing activities. \xc2\xb7 Plan and conduct regular health talks, product training, seminars at all branches nationwide. \xc2\xb7 Prepare write up and video regarding health and company product that will be featured in social media. \xc2\xb7 Actively organize, conduct and provide training to agents and customers nationwide via various approaches. Eg:- on-site, training room, online portals, etc. \xc2\xb7 Handle and manage E-commerce and social media platform (Facebook etc), including organization of webpage, monitoring price control, scrutinizing marketing activities, constantly update new contents, liaise with social media influencers for advertisement purposes. \xc2\xb7 Prepare marketing materials and information such as buntings, posters, shelf talker, catalogues detailing aids etc. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions \xc2\xb7 Diploma, Degree in Biomedical, Life Science, Bioscience or related field \xc2\xb7 At least 2-years marketing experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry or in related field. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach \xc2\xb7 Flexible in traveling outstation, possess own transportation \xc2\xb7 Independent, multi-tasking, resourceful, self-driven, result-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Strong team player and willingness to learn \xc2\xb7 Good communications skills and proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. \xc2\xb7 Attention to details \xc2\xb7 Basic IT skills Benefit: \xc2\xb7 Car Allowance, Travelling Allowance, Petrol, Mobile Subsidies, Commission, Incentive, Bonus Job Highlights \xc2\xb7 Learning & Development Opportunities \xc2\xb7 Career Development Opportunities \xc2\xb7 Attractive remuneration & benefits Remuneration: RM3,000-RM5,000 Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
