Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create content for different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and Tiktok
• Create listings in social media platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Lazada, Carousell, and etc.
• Knowledge of basic design principles and experience using design software such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Follow-up on customer service requests.
• Conduct research and develop insights that will help inform marketing strategies
• Engage with customers or clients and provide services and sales.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and Tiktok), advertising, events, and content marketing

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
• Familiar with using Google (Email, Doc, Sheet)
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media management tools, and advertising platforms
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute the task given by a superior.
• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn more about the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm
• Willing to relocate near work location (Mutiara Damansara)
• Minimum internship duration of 3 Months

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn more about the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
