• At least 1 year Experienced / Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
• Certification/ Diploma in Marketing/ Business/ Media/ Advertising or related fields will be an advantage.
• Avid social media geek: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
• Skills in Email Marketing/ Facebook Ads Manager/ Google Ads / SEO will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and or Mandarin/ Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe software.

Responsibilities

Marketing Executive and Assistant (2 Positions Available)

• Replying to online customer inquiry 24/7 (Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, GC2U, Presto Mall & PG Mall).
• In-Charge of eCommerce stock inventory.
• Performing weekly eCommerce stock-take.
• Packing online order.
• Assisting in designing promotional layout.
• Assisting in gathering product images.
• Uploading product to eCommerce platform with correct details.
• Assisting with promotional activities.
• Helping in generating market research report.
• Liaise with 3rd party online marketing agency.
• Keying online daily sales bill into AutoCount system.
• Filing of marketing related documents on weekly basis.
