This is a remote position.

Marketing Lead
, a B2B or B2C experienced leader, to manage and initiate all Marketing efforts across our global presence and add value to eduCLaaS\xe2\x80\x99s fast-growing customer base.

The right candidate should have a proven track record of driving strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of expansion / customer marketing programs for the global markets. You are results-oriented, and know how to build a function to get the job done.

What You\'ll Do

Lead our marketing strategy and activities in the region with direct responsibility for all Marketing operations matters.

Fully own the end-to-end process of planning, executing, optimising, reporting, and sharing insights from campaigns, flows, and experiments

Manage remotely a strong digital marketing team that is located in different geographical locations.

Manage and optimise overall budget and marketing strategy according to climate situation.

Results / Data oriented with a background focused on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.

Adept at executing and experimenting in high growth environments.

High-energy and innovative team leader.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Have managed a team of 8 - 10 people minimally

Managed or close to 1mil USD Digital Marketing spend each year

8+ years proven experience in Regional Marketing.

8+ years of experience leading teams, and a strong interest in mentorship and professional development.

Min. Deg with Marketing

Good all-round experience of all marketing related activities from strategy to execution (hands on), analysis, SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and content production

Experience in leading digital campaigns, events, and other marketing related functions with a strong portfolio of past achievements.

Internal stakeholder management / Peer mentor & management

Confident, self-starter, with critical and analytical and innovative mindset
