We are looking for a Marketing Lead to develop, implement, track, and optimize our marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C) across digital and non-digital channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who\xe2\x80\x99s built a team and scaled revenue via demand generation and marketing automation activities in a fast-paced startup environment.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
Lead the branding and communication strategy and oversee its execution
Strategize and build a scalable marketing team to drive growth towards subsequent growth stages of ThoughtFull
Work cross-functionally to ensure we have the high-impact marketing campaigns, content, creatives, and tools to drive lead flow, sales cycle, and funnel ROI.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Build and scale inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and content to grow organic or paid leads including a calendar of B2B campaigns and branding initiatives such as webinars, conferences, PR activities, podcasts, and thought leadership contributions
Manage and enhance the organization\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, ASO (app store), email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Manage third party media relationships and contractor resources
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Requirements
Proven working experience in building and leading marketing teams (minimum 5 years of relevant working experience)
Prior working experience in a startup, app-based or SAAS companies preferred
Built and scaled marketing teams to advance the growth of business
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive conversion
Demonstrable experience leading and managing app based marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Good working knowledge of ad serving tools and analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and/or Facebook Ads)
Understanding of web and/or app development and constraints would be an added advantage
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Strong project management and analytical skills to drive end-to-end implementation of marketing initiatives
