Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Develop and execute product marketing plans and campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention. Develop effective product/solution marketing collaterals, such as PR, eDM, Brochures, Ads, and other relevant materials. Understand the product/service features and translate them into key messages to target markets. Plan, coordinate, and execute physical and digital marketing activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, websites, advertising, and e-marketing. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and services. Develop a deep understanding of the market, competition, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analyze results and adjust plans as needed. Qualifications At least 5 years of integrated marketing experience. Develop effective product/solution marketing collaterals, ex: PR, eDM, Brochure, Ads, and so on. The individual must be an optimistic, confident, and good team player. Excellent marketing project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver (preferred), Google Analytics (preferred). University degree or above in business management and marketing-related departments.
