Kelayakan

• Degree/Diploma in major of marketing or other equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and good understanding skills.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in social media, digital marketing.
• Experience in promoting and operation of APP projects.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, cheerful and strong resistance to pressure.
• Experienced in Google AdMob, AppLovi, Unity Ads advertising platform is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
• Required Languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab

• Advertising planning and execution: Developing advertising plans and execution strategies based on marketing strategies and objectives. Selecting appropriate social media platform such as FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, LEMON8, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6, TIKTOK and the internet to convey advertisement to target audiences.
• Media buying and management: Collaborating with media agencies to purchase media and reserve advertising space. Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising placements, tracking metrics such as exposure and click-through rates, and optimizing and adjusting based on data.
• Market research and analysis: Research market trends, competitors, and target audiences, conducting market research and data analysis to provide decision-making support and marketer insights for advertisement placement.
• Creative and content producing: Collaborating with creative teams to produce advertising ideas and content, ensuring that the advertising messages and formats align with brand image and awareness.
• Budget management: Establishing advertising budgets, executing, and controlling advertising costs based on the budget.
• Partnership Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, media companies, and other partners to ensure smooth advertising placements.
• Performance evaluation and reporting: Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising, conducting performance evaluations and reporting, providing data analysis and reports to management and relevant departments.
• Stay updated and focused on the latest trends, familiarize with online keywords.
• Responsible for online and offline marketing.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
