Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, or related field.
Experience in fashion/bridal/retail/luxury industry an advantage.
Strong in content, brand storytelling, social media + digital marketing.
Analytical mindset with creative thinking.
Leadership and project management skills.
Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and align branding strategies for each label under the boutique.
Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
Plan seasonal and campaign themes for launches, fashion drops, campaigns and events.
2. Content & Creative Direction
Oversee content planning, storytelling, and creative execution (photo/video shoots, lookbooks, Reels/TikTok, advertising visuals).
Work closely with in-house team and external creatives for campaigns.
Ensure content reflects brand's look & feel.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage social media calendars, growth strategies, and engagement tactics.
Oversee paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor analytics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
4. Influencer, KOL & Partnership Management
Identify and collaborate with bridal influencers, wedding planners, makeup artists, venues, photographers and stylists.
Negotiate partnerships and manage PR gifting or collaboration campaigns.
5. Customer Journey & CRM
Develop strategies to nurture leads through WhatsApp/Email automation & CRM systems.
Improve lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-booking conversion rates.
Build loyalty and referral programs for brides and event clients.
6. Events & Activations
Plan and execute brand activations, trunk shows, mini fashion showcases, pop-ups, and collaborations etc.
Manage event marketing and promotion.
7. Campaign & Budget Management
Plan annual marketing calendar, KPIs, and budget across all brands.
Track marketing ROI and report monthly performance to management.
8. Website & E-Commerce
Oversee website updates, product uploads, UX improvements & SEO.
Coordinate with tech/support team for maintenance and enhancements.
9. Market & Competitor Insights
Conduct competitor benchmarking in bridal sector (local + regional).
Monitor consumer trends in weddings, bridal fashion, luxury retail, Gen Z/millennial behavior.
