An exciting Marketing Manager (F&B) job has just become available at a leading F&B company with several notable brands within the group. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Marketing Manager (F&B) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team in building the brand equity and channel performance to drive profitable sales and growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategies and road maps for each brand, including ATL, BTL, PR, digital, social media, website and all other collaterals
• Develop integrated sales tools and collaterals with advertising agency and in-house graphic designer, including social media
• Develop partnerships and collaborations with others to drive bigger impact of initiatives
• Build and maintain relations with media and KOLs/social media influencers
• Focus on 360 touchpoints of all brand and marketing initiatives
• Track and report on brand and marketing campaigns performances and providing post-mortem reports

To succeed in this Marketing Manager (F&B) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and a keen understanding of marketing mix.

Key Requirements:

• Solid marketing and brand management experience
• Strong in fact-based and quick decision-making - with a balance of analytical abilities and creativity
• Strong in communications, presentations and articulations
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to lead for long-term vision as well as short-term results
• Strong people-management skills and the ability to motivate team members and collaborate well with other departments
