Responsibilities####**Marketing Strategy Development**:- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business goals.- Set up sales forecasts and promotion targets for each month.- Develop business plans, marketing strategies, and marketing calendars.- Initiate new product development and promotional campaigns.#### **Promotion and Advertising**:- Create attractive promotion campaigns to increase sales volume.- Develop effective promotion and advertising programs in cooperation with advertising agencies.- Ensure budget control on promotion and advertising expenditures.- Monitor sales performance and provide attractive promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.#### **Social Media and Web Presence**:- Oversee the restaurant group's website and social media platforms.- Update website content and manage social media accounts to engage with customers.- Monitor customer feedback on ratings websites and respond to comments and reviews.#### **Event Planning and Coordination**:- Organize special events such as restaurant anniversary celebrations, charitable fundraisers, and promotional events.- Coordinate logistics for events and work with local media outlets to increase public awareness.- Arrange for a portion of sales proceeds to be donated to charitable organizations to garner positive publicity.#### **Relationship Management**:- Maintain good working relationships with the Operations, Purchasing, and New Product Development teams.- Ensure proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long-term sales and profit growth objectives.#### **Reporting and Analysis**:- Provide marketing-related weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the General Manager and Operations Team.- Conduct pre- and post-analysis of all marketing activities and report findings to the General Manager and Operations Team.- Provide sales forecasts for the Purchasing Department to ensure effective stock management.BenefitsBenefitsAdditional Information:
