Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis. Organize and attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads. Collaborate with other teams, like product and customer service, to ensure brand consistency. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business and marketing plans. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
