About our client: Our client is an international distributor of luxury goods, with an extensive portfolio of internationally recognized brands. They have a strong presence across Southeast Asia with an aggressive expansion plan in the region. About the role: The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible to strategize and lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth for luxurious brands with the aim to enhance their market position and customer engagement. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Lead the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance across all retail locations. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. Oversee online and offline marketing to maximize brand exposures through campaigns, social media, and advertising. Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and training to achieve individual and team targets. Requirements: A minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably from the personal care/consumer goods/luxury retail industry. Strong understanding of the luxury goods industry and market trends. Outstanding soft skills: Independent, diplomatic, customer oriented. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. A self-driven and target-oriented individual.
