OUR CLIENTA well-established property developer based in Petaling Jaya is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead a team in the property and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market sales for the projects effectively to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and support Team Leaders and Assistant Marketing Managers in achieving their sales targets.
• Prepare comprehensive marketing budget plans, sales forecasts, and detailed pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Manage sales and marketing operating budgets efficiently to optimize resources.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Oversee overall sales and marketing activities, including market research, advertising campaigns, and marketing promotional plans.
• Prepare monthly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with agents to facilitate smooth business operations and enhance collaboration.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-4 years\' experience in sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets within the property and construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
