Marketing Manager (Remote work \xe2\x80\x93 based in Malaysia) This role is 100% remote based & you will be working from Malaysia. You will be reporting to the Singapore head office & working on Singapore time zone office hours (9am - 6pm). Availability is immediate Job Scope: 1) Corporate SCC Marketing Programs

• Able to provide leadership on Corporate brand and marketing to position and build brand equity for Strategic Creative Consulting (SCC) to all its stakeholders in the market.
• Able to manage and align all communication channels and messages to achieve the corporate strategic and tactical objectives.
• Able to manage all Brand Assets of the Company and ensure that company branding is coherent across all media channels.
• You need to responsible for the creation, development and execution of effective marketing programs, campaigns, and its content to achieve marketing and sales results for SCC and its Affiliates. This includes leading and managing the internal team resources / talent and recruiting external talent when required.

2) Pre-Sales Support to SCC

• You need to support Sales and Business Development activities to help secure new clients and consulting projects for the Company;
• Able to assess the marketing needs and requirements of prospective clients;
• You need to provide research and investigate appropriate business consulting solutions and technologies to present and assist in the preparation of proposal;
• Support the preparation of sales proposals to prospective clients;
• You need to support the Sales Team to present and explain the benefits of company\xe2\x80\x99s business consulting solutions and services.

3) Manage Delivery of Consulting Projects for SCC

• You are responsible to manage the professional delivery and implementation of assigned consulting projects, which might include brand & marketing services, market research & strategy, and overseas marketing and promotion.
• This includes project and client management, liaise with clients on their requirements and managing their expectations, as well as managing internal and external resources and outsourced parties, if necessary, to ensure a successful service delivery.
• Able to manage the service levels on the execution of all marketing plans as proposed and agreed with our clients.

Requirements:

• You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in corporate brand, marketing and PR and Communications function - with a business consulting firm or IT services & solutions company preferred
• Creative and Strategic, yet tactical and confident to execute at the operational level.
• Results focused and able to work independently and self motivated.
• You must have excellent communication and including managing client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• People Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
