Job Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, to develop effective marketing strategies. Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing strategies covering both online and offline channels, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, advertising plans and brand positioning. Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, paid ads, and website performance. Oversee offline marketing efforts including events, roadshows, partnerships, printed materials, and brand visibility activities. Monitor marketing performance using data analysis tools and KPIs; evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Strengthen brand awareness and brand consistency across all channels--advertising, digital platforms, offline activities, PR and collaborations. Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, Purchasing,Warehouse, Finance retail branches) to ensure aligned execution of marketing plans. Build, mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team by providing guidance, direction and development opportunities. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective cost allocation and reporting.

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing, with exposure to both online and offline marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media strategies, and offline marketing execution. Hands-on experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media ads, display advertising, and performance analytics. Solid leadership, project management and team management capabilities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Familiar with digital and social media platforms such as Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, IG Reels, etc. Up-to-date with current marketing trends, consumer behavior insights and digital innovations. Experience in content-driven marketing or content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
