The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role leads cross-channel campaigns, manages the marketing team, and collaborates with sales, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive brand messaging and business alignment.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and overall marketing direction.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Coordinate content development (blogs, videos, social content, web copy, etc.).
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and evaluate marketing staff and external partners/agencies.
Oversee workflow, resources, and project timelines to ensure timely execution.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and present insights to leadership.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) to drive data-based decisions.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Forecast costs, track expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Collaboration
Work closely with sales to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
Partner with product teams for new product launches and messaging alignment.
Support company events, trade shows, and PR initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3-7 years experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management or strategy.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in F&B & Retail.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Budget management experience.
