Tanggungjawab
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth marketing strategies and demonstrate presentation of these strategies. This can include ideas on product mix-matching (promotion), re-organize the product display shelves, etc. which can boost each outlet overall sales
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and assist in their implementation from ideation to execution. This can include roadshow, fairs, charity/sponsorship events, etc.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media webpage that attracts and converts our target groups, i.e. walk-in, corporate customers an online customer
  • Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Plan, design and execute all digital and website marketing, including marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to Company's website
  • Write engaging content over the Company's website and ensure that IT adheres to SEO standards
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing/promotional campaigns which include digital marketing campaign, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • To study and deploy yearly marketing road map to support sales activities to achieve total Revenue
  • Analyse monthly E-Biz sales through and recommend fast moving stock and strategic to manage for slow moving stock item
  • Engage & participate in CSR activities and recommend Company involvement
  • Keep Section Head and Operation Manager informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely
  • Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior or the Company.
