Job Description

As a leader of the Marketing Team, you will be in charge of all the marketing plans and activities for the company. With the assistance of cross-departmental collaboration, you will do everything to support our clinic from creating marketing displays to making sure that every guest or patient has a warm, friendly and informative dental experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for : Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hires and trains departmental staff including web designers, copywriters, and other staff involved in online marketing campaigns.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and workload of departmental staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
  • Develop the creative and forward-thinking marketing team members;
  • Manage and train marketing executives and part-timers
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
  • Proactively partners with external audiences ( NGOs, non-profits, community and opinion leaders, third parties, local business etc. ) and builds relationships within the community.
  • Manages clinic\'s appointments and CRM.
  • Develops and maintains positive business relationships with staff.
  • Consults with staff to understand goals and scope of the desired marketing program.
  • Analyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products.
  • Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the companys brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
  • Oversees the implementation of online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.
  • Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Collaborates with and coordinates communication among information technology, sales, research, and other departments to complete projects.
  • Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
  • Assists with development of the organizations website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Conducting Marketing Activities to Achieve Departmental Goals
  • Manages marketing strategies and projects in line with company objectives.
  • Carries out market research.
  • Writes and delivers informative, interesting marketing materials such as brochures, direct mail, e-newsletter, displays within the clinic etc. Creates inspiring branded videos and presentations.
  • Manages our website and social media.
  • Develops and markets educational community events. Sets up cross promotions etc.
  • Helps improve the sales process and customer experience.
  • Works with the dental team, operations manager, and clinic manager to develop a comprehensive communication plan and monthly marketing plan.
REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field required.
  • At least three years of internet marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Strong email correspondence skills
  • Strong Graphic Design skills ( Adobe, Illustrator, Publisher, Photoshop etc. )
  • Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies.
  • Expert in Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms
  • Knowledge in HTML.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics.
  • Ability to implement marketing plans.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
