Job Description


We are actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with the regional leadership team, including the Growth, Product, Tech, and Content teams. This role involves providing strategic marketing direction to fuel the rapid growth of the platform and audience. The focus is on building loyalty through engaging our audience and members. Key responsibilities include managing the execution of strategies and plans across various channels such as Social Media, CRM, SEO, Paid Ads, PR, and Partnerships. The emphasis is on elevating the brand while adopting a highly data-driven approach to marketing spend and ROI.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Team Management:

  • Collaborate with the Country Manager, Chief Digital Officer, and key stakeholders to synchronize and align the marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the Content and Commercial teams to achieve key business objectives, including revenue, website traffic, member acquisition, and lead generation.
  • Incorporate product, technology, and data roadmaps into the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with plans for new feature launches and developments.
  • Research the market for competition, new trends, and developments, proposing growth solutions.
  • Ensure adequate resources for plan delivery, leading, managing, and retaining key team members.
  • Provide development training and growth opportunities to the team.
Marketing Channel Planning & Execution:
  • Develop launch and growth plans for each service, covering Content, Bookings, Communities, and Commerce.
  • Collaborate on a clear plan for search engine optimization (SEO) with the regional Head of SEO, covering on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Implement an integrated membership acquisition plan across channels and manage the member database for retention through CRM strategies.
  • Execute a Social Media marketing strategy across existing and potential channels.
  • Allocate and deploy the monthly marketing budget, reporting on ROI for optimization.
  • Develop partnerships with industry stakeholders to support platform and brand growth.
  • Act as the gatekeeper to advertising inventory and user experience, maximizing yield from ad inventory.
Key Performance Measurements:
  • Monthly Unique Users and Sessions
  • Signed-up Members and Member Retention
  • Community Members and Community Engagement
  • Appointments Booked and Conversion Rate
  • Ad Inventory Yield and Utilization
Client Project Management & Delivery:
  • Plan the delivery of client campaigns, coordinating with regional and local teams.
  • Allocate and manage budgets for client campaigns, maintaining acceptable margins.
People and Performance Management:
  • Exemplify Core Values, Purpose, and Mission.
  • Implement Performance Management effectively, engaging and leading the team to meet company goals.
  • Ensure team members are informed about role expectations through regular reviews.
  • Address development needs and utilize learning opportunities for the team.
  • Partner with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Attract, recruit, retain, and develop staff to position as an employer of choice.
Who We Want:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Diverse marketing background, including experience in Social Media, Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, Offline Marketing, PR, and Partnerships.
  • Proven track record of building digital platform audiences through cohesive marketing strategies and budget management.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate strategies effectively.
  • Highly performance and data-driven, with expertise in managing marketing budgets.
