Job Responsibility Marketing, A&P Planning & company branding. Create comprehensive marketing strategies and formulate comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies, advertising, and promotional plans, encompassing both digital and traditional mediums, to align with the company\'s objectives and foster business growth. Continuously monitor and respond to market trends and competitors activities, ensuring the effective implementation of marketing plans. Strategically plan and execute social media initiatives, curating engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Influencers and others. Recommend and oversee the marketing budget, evaluating the efficacy of each marketing channel. Look at sales numbers and see if they match up with what we spend on marketing. Make shopping more fun for customers and launch new things in stores or online. Plan events for new products or special times of the year. Manage partnerships with other companies to make our brand stronger. Coordinate with store team, suppliers or any other 3rd party agencies for in-store displays, setups and promotional materials. Work with designers and the IT-out department for new store openings and renovations base on guidelines. Establish standardized procedures to make marketing work better in our team. Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing programs. Defines & executes RM analytics Job Requirements Able to speak and understand Mandarin At least 3 years in retail and FMCG Posses at least Diploma and above.
