Marketing Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join us as Marketing Manager. You will develop and manage marketing programmes in multiple channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategising and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company\'s changing needs. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and manage marketing plan, go-to-market strategies and lead-generation marketing and rollout plans. Manage end-to-end marketing operations and process from driving insights, conceptualisation, marketing budget planning to campaign execution, and post-campaign data analysis. Own and drive effective lead generation programmes (direct mail, email, e-Newsletters, content syndication, telemarketing, LinkedIn, seminars, executive roundtables, webinars and tradeshows) in collaboration with sales leader to support business growth objectives. Deliver high-quality leads that maximise the value and ROI on all marketing spend and achieve KPIs of MQL, marketing-sourced pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue. Collaborate with the internal stakeholders, partners, vendors and external agencies to align and drive marketing activities to achieve revenue targets. Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage. Conduct market analysis (7Ps), research and analyse customer and decision maker insight, industry trends and best practices. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree with minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in IT industry. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Exceptional fluency in English; competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages. Strong ability to pitch and deliver high quality marketing contents and materials. Ability to lead and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, highly organized, and can successfully manage various processes across teams and projects. Proficiency with marketing tool and CRM software. Experience in public cloud solution marketing is preferred. Have marketing or PR agency employment background or collaborated closely with agencies is preferred. Fluency in addition languages is desirable.
