This role will also collaborate closely with the broader EMEA & APAC marketing functions. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing in-country strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in Malaysia. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate must be strong in digital marketing for both B2B and B2C portfolios. Skilled at marketing planning, delivering integrated targeted end-to-end online and offline campaigns from value proposition development to generate brand awareness, sales opportunities, and client engagement. Has demonstrable experience in developing and executing demand and lead generation programs that positively impact the company strategy and associated financial goals.What you\'ll be doing

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging.
  • Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance the company\'s brand identity and reputation in the market.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to increase retention and satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance and insights.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage internal collaborators and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the in-country marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust budgets as necessary to stay within financial targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with strong digital marketing track record.
  • Strong understanding and execution knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including working knowledge of marketing automation and enterprise CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in matrix reporting to multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse marketing data and derive actionable insights in an agile manner.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Must be strong in digital marketing for B2B and B2C portfolios.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong prioritisation capabilities.
  • Transformation mindset to match marketing with business needs.
