\xe2\x80\xa2 To plan and execute marketing activities for the shopping malls for the current project (Mitsui Outlet Park) , Lalaport Bukit Bintang City Centre and the new project( Penang project). \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with head quarter in Japan on reporting and decisions on the Marketing planning and strategies.All decisions has to be aligned with the direction of the headquarter in Japan to ensure the company is following the SOP of the HQ in Japan. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with HQ in Japan in term of the progress of the Marketing activities that happening in Malaysia and to provide the latest update on the performance in Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan on the concept of the retail mall and choosing the right retail shops to join the shopping malls. \xe2\x80\xa2 To hold meetings with the tenants and get feedback on what kind of Marketing activities can help them to attract more shoppers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand tenants\xe2\x80\x99 various business models and concepts to ensure successful execution of campaigns, promotions and events to attract more shoppers to the malls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage advertising, event management and PR agencies for the development of annual advertising and promotions plan in accordance with corporate and brand image \xe2\x80\xa2 To work with certain tenants from Japan on the details of the outlets before setting -up the shops in Malaysia. To work with the PR team on how to promote the shopping malls. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work with the local team and to guide and lead the Marketing department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysis and the evaluation of the retail markets in Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 R&D and analyze the shopping malls trend. In order, to bring in the right concept of retail outlets to the malls. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work with certain tenants from Japan on the marketing activities as their concept of the shops are more to Japanese concept.
