Job Purpose:

Lead the marketing team in building brand equity and channel performance in order to drive sustainable and profitable sales & transaction growth; by driving short and long term profitable sales & transactions via:

1. strengthening brand equity

2. increase customer penetration

3. increase visit/order frequency

Job Responsibilities:

• Action driven and result oriented to drive sales

• Understand media placement to catch people eyeballs i.e. in driving marketing strategy & marketing mix development and executions:

o Develop marketing strategy based on market research & analytics, in accordance to objectives set to grow our brand

o Develop & execute marketing mix to bring to life marketing strategy. Marketing mix includes menu strategy, pricing strategy,

LTO, value promotions, communications & activations

• Brand communication & media planning and implementation - This includes communication strategy development, above-the-line advertising and below-the-line activations planning & executions, media planning & executions

• Market research & analytics:

o Planning & executions of consumer research which covers qualitative and quantitative research for exploration, validation and

tracking.

o Internal analytics on menu mix, pricing, promotion & LTO effectiveness, customer purchase behavior analysis

• Product innovations & food development - Innovation & renovation roadmap development, food development agenda according to menu strategy, cost saving & optimization

• Channel strategy development & planning:

o Develop channel strategy based on market research & analytics, in accordance to objectives set to drive channel performance

o Marketing mix planning and executions according to customer needs in each channel

o Digital marketing and e-commerce - Social media management, online sales performance management through website &

mobile app

• Customer care - Customer feedback management to enhance customer satisfaction, including feedback channel and process set up, executions & tracking

• Corporate social responsibility - Identify the appropriate cause & partner organization, program set up, executions and monitoring

• A&P management - Annual budgeting according to marketing strategy & channel strategy, monitoring & tracking.

• LSM activities - Support and assist stores in building sales amongst their community.

• Team management and development - Internal marketing organization structure, marketing team talent placement & competency development, external agency partner management including creative agency, media agency, PR agency, promotion & event agency, research agency.

• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or challenges as spelled in annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from time to time.

Requirements

• Skill sets

o Solid marketing and brand management experience

o Strong in fact base and quick decision making \xe2\x80\x93 having a balance of analytical ability and creativity

o Strong in communications, presentations and articulations

o Strong leadership quality, able to lead for long term vision as well as short term results

o Strong people management skill, able to motivate team members and collaborate well with other departments

• Formal Education

o Minimum Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in marketing or business related field

• Past Working Experience

o Minimum 10 years of working experience in marketing function & at least 5 years in leadership role
