Position Title Marketing Manager
Industry Food and Beverage/Catering/Restaurant
\xe3\x83\xbbDeveloping the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and strategy.

\xe3\x83\xbbPlan and excute the marketing based on the company strategy to support the sales increase.

\xe3\x83\xbbPlan, inform and execute the short-mid-long term marketing strategy to penetrate Kewpie Brand, based on the company objective and strategy

\xe3\x83\xbbNurture and grow new marketing members, and communicate with top management to form stronger marketing team

\xe3\x83\xbbLove and understand the company Culture

\xe3\x83\xbbManaging all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department

\xe3\x83\xbbDeveloping the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and strategy

\xe3\x83\xbbRebuild and make structure of marketing department (together with management)

\xe3\x83\xbbOverseeing the company\'s marketing budget

\xe3\x83\xbbPlan and execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as media activities, branding events

\xe3\x83\xbbincluding road shows and product launches in line with company and HQ objectives

\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible in developing promotional materials, including company brochure, flyer, menu booklet, product packaging, and other sales aids

\xe3\x83\xbbHandling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via in-bound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints, comments,feedback and other raising issue related to company\'s information and products and to share with related PIC

\xe3\x83\xbbManaging company\'s official Facebook page, Instagram, YouTube account and website; plan, execute and analyze digital campaigns with overall marketing
strategies, communications, plans and objective

\xe3\x83\xbbTo oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and preparing post-event reports

\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis and work closely with R&D in new product
development

\xe3\x83\xbbManage the expenses incurred in all marketing activities throughout the year within given A&P budget and also to project budget needs for the following
financial year

\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible for corporate communication; manage all communication materials and disseminating marketing materials contents for both internal and
external

\xe3\x83\xbbOther responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior in his/her department

\xe3\x83\xbbNurture and grow new marketing members: As an advisor and knowledge sharing

\xe3\x83\xbbCommon task for Manager as per listed in General JD for Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager Level

\xe3\x83\xbbCo-work with sales team to support sales from the marketing point of view

Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in other foreign language will be an added advantage

\xe2\x9c\x93Computer literacy with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel.

\xe2\x9c\x93Familiar with graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage

\xe2\x9c\x93Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to foster teamwork

\xe2\x9c\x93Strong management and leadership skill

\xe2\x9c\x93Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent

\xe2\x9c\x93Language \xef\xbc\x9aEnglish \xef\xbc\x88Business\xef\xbc\x89, Malay (Business) ,Not MUST but better to have Chinese

\xe2\x9c\x93Experiences in both traditional marketing (offline) and digital marketing (online)
