An exciting Marketing Manager job has been made available at a renowned medical device company here in Malaysia.

About the Marketing Manager Role:

Reporting directly to Business Unit Director, this role is responsible for developing product strategic in support of the business to develop and strengthen the marketing position of the company\'s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a local product marketing strategy with the marketing team and facilitate launch and sales execution as well as follow up on the marketing programmes with internal stakeholders, working in order to achieve short and long-term business objectives
• Design and execute the product marketing plan, communicate the marketing programme to internal stakeholders and implement campaigns
• Maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders
• Provide the affiliate management with product and marketing updates, ensure sales force knowledge and training about product marketing plan and campaigns
• Create a mutually beneficial relationship with KOLs and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Represent the company in congresses and meetings
• Develop a competitive product marketing plan, executing counter strategies when necessary, and adapt product strategy to the local patient needs
• Collaborate closely with medical, marketing and market access team in engaging key external stakeholders to penetrate products into targeted institutions listing

To succeed in this Marketing Manager role, you will need to have at least five years of product management within a healthcare regulated setting and people management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree in pharmacy or medicine or marketing or any other related discipline
• Minimum of five years\' marketing experience in a pharmaceutical company or medical device company
• Minimum of three years\' experience in a people management role
