Marketing Manager! Are you looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity to define, lead and execute marketing plans, generate leads, articulate product proposition, run marketing communications and digital campaigns to target audiences in a fast moving consumer industry We have the right challenges for you. Key Responsibilities Define the Product\'s unique value proposition, target audience, and brand messaging and positioning that resonate with the target market. Identify and explore opportunities for growth in the social commerce space, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and platforms, using market insights, social media algorithm changes, and emerging technologies. Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing communication strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, PR and social media to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. Create and manage content for marketing collateral, website, blogs and social media platforms. Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing communications. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, distribution and promotional plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers and industry partners to amplify the brand. Develop influencer marketing strategies and manage relationships. Explore partnership opportunities with complementary brands. Drive development and commercialization of new products. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Team leadership management. Key Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in brand management and product marketing, preferably in the health food or wellness industry. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into effective marketing strategies. Proven experience in social commerce, product marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the health food or wellness industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices to drive engagement. Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools. Track record in achieving marketing objectives and KPIs.
