Job Details

Position: Marketing Manager
Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,000 + Free Meal (Once per day)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Location: No. 80D, Jalan Teluk Sisek, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand presence and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both digital and offline marketing, capable of managing campaigns from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
2) Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, offline campaigns, and event-based promotions.
3) Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with ROI goals.
4) Analyze advertising data across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for performance optimization.
5) Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
6) Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual, video, and social media content.
7) Plan and maintain a monthly marketing calendar including promotions, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
8) Evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
9) Manage and build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners.
10) Support the sales team by aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
11) Enhance and maintain brand awareness for Warung Mazenah
12) Coordinate with influencers for brand promotion and collaboration initiatives.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2) Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on F&B or retail.
3) Understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
4) Creative and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
5) Ability to lead campaigns, manage teams, and meet deadlines effectively.
