Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Health Division is partnering with one of the world\'s largest aesthetic and beauty equipment manufacturers in Malaysia. Our client is a principal company that brings premium beauty products to more than 60 countries over the world.

As business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, support and strategic digital/PR marketing activities across a broad range of marketing channels to promote online traffic, increase overall brand awareness and engagement and drive lead generation.
• Developing and implementing annual clinical workshops marketing programs with assistance of Clinical Manager.
• Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence - customer buying criteria and competition positioning.
• Building and maintaining relationships with KOL\'s through prospecting and networking.
• Planning and supporting new product launches.
• Preparing post-marketing surveillance on marketing effectiveness and results using various methods and tools.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in healthcare/medical device industry with in-depth knowledge of prior experience in B2B Marketing.
• Experience in multinational organization with cross functional teams.
• Experience in engaging and managing external agencies (Creative/PR)
• Experience using analytics software, CRM is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
