Requirements

• Achieve at least Degree in related field
• Proven experience in project management within a marketing agency.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin

ResponsibilitiesClient and Strategy Management: * Meet with clients to understand their objectives, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and assess customer requirements.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Project Planning and Execution: * Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Manage and lead a digital marketing team, providing direction and mentorship.
• Oversee the creation, scheduling, editing, and publishing of digital content, including blogs, social media posts, and emails, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.

Team and Third-Party Coordination: * Liaise with external partners, such as suppliers and freelancers, to support project execution.

• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with third parties to ensure quality deliverables.
• Motivate and guide internal teams to meet project milestones effectively.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: * Regularly analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Monitor campaign progress using performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Utilize tools to track project outcomes, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Budget and Risk Management: * Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.

• Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring project goals and budgets are met.
• Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.

Continuous Improvement and Compliance: * Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
