MARKETING MANAGER (BASED IN MELAKA) Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate marketing and branding strategies and communication activities to enhance company image. Involve in the development of the concept and artwork of all Advertising and Promotion (A&P) tools, monitor marketing collateral and preparation on marketing plan of the related project advertising and promotion design. To conduct market survey, competitor analysis and work closely with sales team to capitalize sales launches and sales profit. Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that align with the company\'s overall goals and objectives. Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Managing the budget for all marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources. Creating and managing content for various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and advertising. Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors to support marketing efforts. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent. Preferably 5 years of working experience in property development field is required for this position. Able to simultaneously delivery on multiple events and meet deadline and high adaptive in challenging working environment. Resourceful, proactive, good interpersonal & presentation skills. Meticulous in handling all types of communication to intensify Company corporate image. Good networking within the media, PR firms, suppliers and government organization.
