We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for the right person to join our Curtin University Malaysia Marketing team as the newest Marketing Manager to lead the implementation of our marketing operations plan.\xef\xbb\xbfAs the Marketing Manager, you will lead an experienced team focused on driving student enrolments in the domestic and international market by shaping product marketing strategies across the funnel, including advertising, promotion, production of marketing collateral, and digital communications.\xef\xbb\xbfYou\xe2\x80\x99ll play a critical leadership role in driving growth for Curtin Malaysia by promoting our cutting-edge programs to prospective students. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other teams including Brand, Student Recruitment and Faculties to enhance Curtin\xe2\x80\x99s brand and reputation amongst priority external audiences. \xef\xbb\xbfYou will work under the guidance of the Deputy Director, Marketing Acquisition, located at Curtin Perth, and the Chief Operating Officer at the Miri campus.\xef\xbb\xbfTo be successful in this role, you will have:\xef\xbb\xbf

• Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification and extensive marketing experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement creative and successful acquisition marketing strategies and initiatives and demonstrated marketing and brand management skills, including briefing, and managing marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills with experience in building relationships and the ability to negotiate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong team leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high performance teams.
