Job Description


In this role, you will work with various stakeholders in the health care ecosystem and play a crucial part in shaping company\'s impact on patients, society, and the health care ecosystem. Your focus will be on challenging the status quo, exploring diverse perspectives, and contributing to enterprise-wide outcomes without geographical or functional constraints.

  • Strategic Leadership: As a marketing and strategy expert, you will support and enable assigned business teams in elevating company\'s role to not only providing medicines but also fostering innovation, partnerships, and generative disruption. Your goal will be to deliver better outcomes for patients, communities, the ecosystem, and the organisation at a faster pace.
  • Portfolio Strategy: Collaborate in defining the portfolio strategy and contribute to related initiatives. Additionally, lead efforts to provide better access to health care solutions for a broader range of patients.
  • Co-creation and Implementation: Employ a systems view and enterprise mindset to identify external challenges and opportunities in the health care ecosystem. Work with sales team and other stakeholders to co-create, develop, and implement patient journey solutions.
  • Advocacy and Access: Partner with market access colleagues to ensure broad access to the portfolio and lead advocacy efforts.
  • Agile Team Collaboration: Co-own and pursue outcomes with assigned self-organised teams in an agile work environment. Utilise expertise in marketing, digital marketing, and strategy development to co-develop and co-execute strategies and outcome-based plans.
  • Customer Experience and Engagement: Work closely with Customer Experience function to incorporate customer experience concepts and goals into outcomes and activities. Support tailored communications and campaigns for customers, collaborating with the digital team on execution.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all business activities align with relevant company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Networking and Collaboration: Act as network navigators, leveraging company\'s international network synergies, sharing outcomes, and collaborating transparently.
  • Market Insights and Validation: Engage with customers, aligning with primary contacts, to validate market insights and drive initiatives and work packages.
  • Additional Responsibilities: As required by the business, you may be assigned other duties.

  • University degree, preferably in health / medical sciences and/or business / marketing
  • Marketing Expertise: Possess a proven track record of knowledge and skills in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health care industry.
  • Commercial Experience: Demonstrated experience in a commercial or marketing role, with a preference for prior work in the pharmaceutical or health care sector.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Significant experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the health care industry, and a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven effective leadership in cross-functional teams, showcasing the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in working with agile principles (preferred).
  • Cultural and Organisational Agility: Comfortable operating and influencing in a global
