Our Client A pioneer in manufacturing scientifically balanced animal feed and animal nutrition in Asia. Job Summary Under the supervision of the Pet Food Business Technical & Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be in charge of developing and overseeing the local (MALAYSIA) Pet Food marketing activities & campaigns to promote products and services. His/Her role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities related to marketing topics. He/She like will work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution. He/She is a major contributor to spread our B2C Pet Food mindest and culture internally. Job Responsibilities Propose yearly marketing plans (OFFLINE + ONLINE) Present ideas to support the national strategies, including packaging designs and POSM Oversee and develop national marketing campaigns Develop and deploy the promotional ground activities Guarantee perfect display in OFFLINE stores (including POSM applications) Organise events (internal, external) such as product exhibitions Maintain the ONLINE digital platforms (FB, IG, TT, websites) + look at data analytics Manage campaigns on social media (plan + content), with a digital agency when necessary Run focus groups with Pet Parents to shape our offers to match local market needs in Malaysia Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities/threats in Pet Food Write and proofread creative copies (brochures and other tools) Update databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system Compile financial and statistical information when requested Negotiate the best balance (quality/price) with suppliers for expenses to match the initial budget. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing management or executive roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of pet food market trends and consumer behavior Able to demonstrate marketing strategies.
