We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference in women's health and driving impactful marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
:
Lead the full marketing function - from brand strategy and campaign execution to team leadership and performance reporting
Develop and oversee marketing campaigns (digital, KOL, retail, PR, wellness activations) aligned with business goals
Plan and manage product launches, content strategy, and omnichannel messaging across platforms
Drive consumer education and community engagement, especially around menstrual health
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including designers, health experts, content creators and distributors
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance, report key metrics, and continuously optimize marketing ROI
Requirements
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, health, wellness or beauty
Experienced in managing a marketing team or leading campaigns independently
Strong understanding of digital, content retail/trade, and influencer marketing
Creative and analytical mindset - comfortable making data-backed decisions
Excellent communication, copywriting and brand storytelling skills
Passion for women's wellness, knowledge of or interest in TCM is an added advantage
