\xe2\x96\xaa To promote Sika name and products with the objective of increasing / maintaining market
penetration, sales and profits.
\xe2\x96\xaa To ensure that technical documentation is up to date, on time and of high quality.
\xe2\x96\xaa Working with product development teams (TMM) to manage new product development.
\xe2\x96\xaa Managing launch campaigns for new products.
\xe2\x96\xaa Managing distribution channels for products.
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print
communication, and advertising.
\xe2\x96\xaa Managing all type of exhibitions.
\xe2\x96\xaa Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the
effectiveness of sales campaigns.
\xe2\x96\xaa Work with selected business partner.
\xe2\x96\xaa To liaise effectively with all departments to ensure optimum marketing support to the sales
team
\xe2\x96\xaa To provide customer support with the target of increasing product sales, such as road shows,
seminars, designing signboards, stickers, posters, buntings, etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa To coordinate marketing activities in collaboration with the specification team, such as
website update, exhibitions, brochures, videos, product data sheets (PDS), PDS book,
advertisement materials, etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa To review and update the Price List(s)
\xe2\x96\xaa To review and update the packaging of our products to comply with PDS and corporate
marketing guidelines
\xe2\x96\xaa To initiate and coordinate the product line simplification (PLS) activities
\xe2\x96\xaa To liaise with research institutions in collaboration with RTSC to share product knowledge and
promote the use of our products

We Need Your Skills

\xe2\x96\xaa Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
\xe2\x96\xaa MBA, added advantageous
\xe2\x96\xaa Minimum 8 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably involve
in the similar industry.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience supervising and managing a professional marketing staff of 2.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in Digital Marketing.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in Sales Force usage will be advantage.
