Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of launch plans and tactics for Malaysia, proactively engage in Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning and Execution.

• Marketing Planning - drive brand performance and market penetration; develop programs to maximize field selling efforts; devise annual brand and budget plan, strategy and objectives
• New Portfolio Exploration - conduct market insights for new products; develop patient flow and product forecast; build business case
• Marketing Implementation - end-to-end management of brand launching and promotion; establish Key Opinion Leader strategy; support CMEs and conduct product training to field-force

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Science. Proficient in English and Malay.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience in ethical pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in Pharma / MedTech multinationals
• Strong knowledge of and experience in brand marketing, including positioning, campaign development, omnichannel marketing, and digital execution
